It was very clean and the backyard was perfect for our two. The only thing I would recommend is have someone to work on the fence a little. There are openings where a small dog could wiggle through. The owner was quick to respond to our communications and they provided basic amenities such as dishware, utensils and basic toiletries. The house looks like it has had some updates the only thing we noticed that was a little was concerning is it looks like some of the vinyl plank flooring was coming lose due to the floor not being level in places.
