If you’re looking for a sprawling unit with a large kitchen and all the amenities of other resorts then you will be disappointed. It’s probably one of the oldest condos on the beach, but it was very clean. The bathrooms look recently remodeled. The beds are comfortable. And the balcony has a perfect, unobstructed view. And while the kitchen is small, it’s adequate for cooking and plenty of dishes and utensils are available. It’s very easy to get to the beach, and not very crowded because the building is relatively small and there’s not currently a property next door, so you can easily move down the shore a bit if you want space. It was very inexpensive compared to other properties for obvious reasons, but certainly worth the value. We had a smaller party and it was great. It says you can have 6 and I guess the couch does pull out, but I wouldn’t recommend doing that. The living room is pretty small and it would seem really cramped with a bed pulled out, luggage, etc. But if that’s not a concern for you then go for it. ##### Chris R.
