About this property

2000sqft Beachfront Beauty on Perdido Key.

  • The entire unit just underwent complete renovations including new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, new luxury vinyl planking throughout, new window treatments and fresh paint. My unit is 600 square feet larger than interior units. NO CARPET. 2 MASTER SUITES and 2 separate dining areas. Beautifully decorated, freshly painted 1st floor unit overlooking the gulf and pool area with only floor with tall 10 foot ceilings. Amazing unobstructed views of the beach from master bedroom and balcony. You will literally feel like you are on the beach since you are so close and on a perfect level. Professionally cleaned before each stay.

    Skip the elevators, park right outside unit and walk right up to unit or walk right down to pool. 2 parking passes provided if needed. So convenient to talk to family at the pool if you forgot any items or just to say “lunch is ready.”

    All furniture is brand new and in style from HGTV's Joanna Gaines. One of the largest end units in complex with multiple floor to ceiling windows. TV's in all rooms. Stainless steel french door refrigerator and oven and range. All new mattresses throughout for a great night's sleep. Top of the line Four Seasons Sleeper Sofa, Loveseat and Chair.

    Unique Chair and a half twin sleeper in Master king bedroom for those children who love to sleep by parents with their own space.

    Wrap around balconies on all 3 sides of the unit with comfortable outdoor dining set table and with extra chairs and barstools.

    2 indoor dining areas: washed wood dining table for 6 with 3 bar stools along with a brand new table for 4 on other side of kitchen. Great for the kids.

    Kitchen is stocked for all of your cooking needs with brand new utensils.

    3 spacious bedrooms (including 2 master suites): 2 king beds, 2 full beds, chair and half twin sleeper and queen sleeper sofa in living room. All bathrooms are extra large since this unit was the only unit built for handicap accessible. Master garden tub with walk-in shower and 2 tub/shower combinations.

    Plenty of large closet spaces and extremely tall 10 foot ceilings throughout.

    3 water features: Heated outdoor pool, 12 person outdoor hot tub and kid friendly huge pool

    I have managed several other condos in Orange Beach and Navarre Beach. I have always had the most great reviews in the complexes. I am extremely easy to get in touch with via text, email or cellphone.
    I have handymen available if an unexpected mishap occurs.

Nice place would recommend. Grandkids had a great time. Beach is beautiful!!! The pools were nice the hot tub ok. Thought the pool area could have been kept a bit cleaner.

We really enjoyed staying here. There is a beautiful, unobstructed view of the beach and a very nice balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. The condo is very spacious and well-appointed. We stayed for three weeks and never got tired of the view and comfort of our surroundings. There are also some very good restaurants near by (Jellyfish Restaurant, Fisherman's Cove, Oyster Bar, etc.) Thank you to our host!

Great location, great beach

Overall the stay was great and I would definitely come back. The owner was extremely responsive, condo was nice and spacious, amenities were perfect. Was an amazing trip. I wish the furniture was a little updated.

Great week at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The building was amazing and this unit was right above the pools and amazing view of the beach. We all had plenty of room (there were 4 kids and 4 adults and the kitchen was stocked well with what we needed to cook several meals. The owner was super easy to work with and the check in process was super easy. We absolutely loved our stay and would come back again!

Great Location

Great location with amazing view. Condo layout was perfect. Bedrooms are evenly spaced throughout which is super nice, especially when traveling with friends and other family. We had one small issue when we arrived and Ryan IMMEDIATELY responded and was a pleasure to rent from.

Great value and location

Excellent location. Within easy walking distance of multiple restaurants. The condo itself is very easy to access from the parking lot and the pool/beach. There are a lot of security measures. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms are very generously sized. The furniture in the living area was comfortable for our family of 4 adults and one toddler.

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and decorated very nicely. Plenty of room for our group of 8 to stay. The owner gave timely responses and answered via text and email with any questions prior to arrival. Check in and check out process was a breeze. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location of the condo being on the 1st floor during 4th of July week is a blessing also with easier access to pool and beach.

Perdido with the grands

This property was very spacious and well appointed. Nicely furnished. Had a great view from the balcony and although it was on the first floor it was a very quiet unit. No major issues with the condo itself except it could use a better toilet seat in the master ( it wouldn't stay up,you had to hold it). In spite of the weather and rough surf we had a great vacation at this unit. It was nice to be able to walk across the street for pizza or seafood and was located very close to other good restaurants.

Absolutely great place to stay

This place was one of the best places I've ever stayed. Great location walking distance to restaurants and 5 minutes from grocery store. We loved being on the 1st floor and not having to wait for the elevator, especially with little ones impatient to be out on the beach or pool. The balcony right over the pool was very nice. The place was big and fit perfect for my family of 4 and another family of 5 very comfortably. Very clean, kitchen had everything you need to cook and more. We grilled out on the grills by the pool 2 nights so those were a hit. The owner is very attentive and super nice. I had problems with my app and couldn't look up the check in information so I called him and he picked up right away and sent it to my personal email. We had such a great experience and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for accommodating our family. We appreciate all your help making this vacation a great one.

This unit is on the first floor, close to pool and beach. Easy to go back and forth to condo for meals and mid day sun breaks.Unit is quite comfortable, felt like someone’s beach house, not a sterile hotel room.Views are fantastic.Most attentive host we have ever had. This condo was perfect for our multi-generational vacation! There was plenty of room to not feel crowded. We had everything we needed to cook and to be comfortable. The kids stayed busy either at the beach or at the pools. And when we weren't outside we could still enjoy the ocean view from inside or on the wonderful balcony. We loved being on the first floor so we rarely had to wait on the elevator. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, too. (Jellyfish restaurant was great with a short wait, delicious food, and definitely a value for your money. A little furtherdown the road is Coastal Cone with great ice cream and donuts. Next door to them is a shop with great prices on t-shirts.) Watching the Blue Angels practice (from the Target parking lot) and visiting the Navy base was another highlight of our week.Ryan is a wonderful host with great taste in decor and who is easy to communicate with. We hope to make another visit to Perdido Key and stay at this condo!
