The long version: this ain't Palm Beach. This is rustic NoFla at its most genuine Southern charm. Vintage 1940 locale yet minutes from Palafox (downtown main street which is like a mini N'Orleans). Poppy Cottage is fully updated, spanking clean, comfortable couches and beds, top notch kitchen, with a shower \*To Amaze\*, great back yard with an incredible huge tree, run by a lovely couple who live nearby. The neighborhood is rustic and cute. Safe, quiet, with a local rooster with a great vocal range. This is \*real\* Florida Southern.
