Reserve your preferred dates, this property sells out in peak seasons and Holidays! Gulf Coast Getaways would like to welcome Tranquility at 1206 Via De Luna to our great portfolio of large Pensacola Beach homes. This house provides great value for the multi-family vacation. This house has a great layout, plenty of sleeping, elevator, large decks, plenty of parking, a private pool, and a walkway from the pool right to the beach! The main level of the house boasts an open floor plan with great room, open kitchen, and dining area as well as 5 bedrooms. On the front side of the main level we have 2 queen bedrooms on either side of the great room, but with on suite bathrooms. On the southeast side of the house is a Master bedroom with King bed and on suite bathroom. On the west wing of the main level are 2 bedrooms, one is a bunk bedroom with 2 Full beds, a trundle twin bed, and a sleeper sofa - follow the hallway down to the shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo and then you have the 5th bedroom with a King bed. In the east wing is the elevator, the elevator will take you up to the third level where the layout is with Queen bunk bed, with pull out trundle twin. Then down the hallway to the full bathroom, and then to the last bedroom with King bed. The outside area is very well done! Nicely landscaped front yard and fenced in back yard with multiple decks off of the house. At ground level is your private pool, very nice size at 12 by 26, with various pool furniture surrounding the pool area. In the pool area is a gate which opens to the pathway straight from the house to the beach, about 100 yards away with no major road to cross - super convenient. Downstairs in the garage we are adding some fun amenities - a ping pong table and corn hole, as well as 2 wagons with 12 beach chairs and 6 umbrellas. Pool Heating option $50 per day \>>>Pets are only allowed if the unit has advertised as such and the non-refundable $200.00 pet fee per pet has been applied in the rental agreement. \*\* \>>>Tranquility is Pet friendly with approval - non shedding dogs only $200 pet fee / per pet does apply \*\* Limit 2 Pets - must be friendly non-aggressive. Pets that leave excessive cleaning needs will be charged extra cleaning fees. If any pet is discovered on any property without prior authorization or notification the penalty is a $500.00 charge per pet for extra clean up and flea treatment. \*\* Admin Fee includes damage waiver, accidental damage coverage up to $2000 - Did have to heat it. Kitchen did not have any bowls to make a large salad or mix up batter for pancakes. Beds were not as stated two rooms had double beds. Management responded quickly with questions. Very large accommodating home. If you do not have access to elevator you have to walk up stairs outside. Not fun if raining. It’s a 4 minute walk to the beach and sits in an area that really isn’t very crowded (even though the hustle and bustle of Pensacola Beach tourist attractions is just down the road). We were in the area with a mixed group of adults and teens serving on a mission trip with a local church. If you need a house to be able to divide teen guys and girls, this is it! The top floor has its own separate entrance but also is accessible via the elevator. The management was so timely in getting back to us and they were always super helpful. The 3-level elevator was probably the most fun surprise the kids discovered about the place! We booked for our bridal party, family, and friends for our wedding week, and they all had an amazing time! The only complaints shared after our stay involved the private pool and beds. Since it was the beginning of December, some were hoping to enjoy the heated pool, but the settings wouldn’t adjust past 60 degrees. And other than the master bedroom, some people said they had a hard time resting since the beds weren’t the most comfortable. But overall, the property was the perfect vacation spot, with plenty of space to accommodate for our large family gathering. The decor is beautiful and peaceful. While not on the beach it is just 3 blocks away. Kitchen is well stocked, as is the pool and beach items. The two bedroom suites are less spacious than the photos make them appear so it would have been crowded if we had the 20 people it says it sleeps. The trundle in one of the suites pulls out into the hall/passage used by those in the bedroom so we choose not to use that for obvious safety/egress issues. We had from 3 yr old to 70\. So you may get more in there comfortably if you don’t have such a wide range of ages. The roof patio is a wonderful place to watch the sun rise or set. The elevator was helpful for getting supplies upstairs but since we had so many kids, we opted to keep it off limits to them unless an adult was with them for safety. We did have some issues with the property’s HVAC and appliances that required a handyman and a repairman to come by but they were pleasant to deal with and addressed the issues as best they could with such a house full. Some of the issues will require more intense work later so I would wait til spring 2025 before booking this property as that will give them the time they need to better address the problems we encountered. But if you have a large group, this place has plenty of space for you w/3 separate decks with plenty of seating. It’s close to restaurants (2 mi), grocery store (3 mi), Walmart (3.5, just past Publix) & dog beach(2mi). ##### Barbara O. Lots of room for people to sleep. The third floor is unique and privately tucked away. Great outdoor space on every level! Love that it has an elevator. Lots of parking inside the garage and in the driveway. Perfect location! The property management staff were quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with. ##### Benjamin S. For a family of 12 with ages ranging from 1 1/2 to 50 this was the perfect house! We had so much room to be spread out. The house is spacious and the common areas were perfect size for everyone to gather for meals and for fun. The pool was enjoyed by all along with the short walk to the beach.
