This is it!!! The 392 square feet of balconies on this large three-bedroom condo face south, west, and north. The south balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, the west balcony allows you to see the sunset every evening as well as activity on the island and imagine the views of Pensacola Bay, Gulf Breeze and Pensacola from the north balcony. Over 1870 square feet with an open kitchen, dining area and living area. Enjoy breakfast at the west facing bistro table or the whole family can have dinner at the table that seats 6 comfortably. The bar in the living area is the perfect place to concoct that evening cocktail. The master bedroom has a king-size bed that allows you to enjoy the Gulf waters while lying in bed. The spacious en suite features a large walk-in shower and plenty of counter space for two people. The second suite has a queen-size bed and en suite with private toilet and shower area. A very large closet is great stashing the luggage. The private balcony faces north allowing you to view the city lights. The last bedroom has a queen-size bed and easy access to the full bath. I was worried, but let me tell you it did not disappoint! I love the view from the balconies. We seen fireworks everywhere! There is a convenient store and restaurant rt next door. The only thing that I wish would have been communicated as was not, the hot tub was on our list, but was unfortunately broken. Make sure you have toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags if you plan on staying longer than a few days with a large group. Access to beach was convenient. We had a fabulous time on our trip. Check-in was super easy and efficient. The condo is spacious, the rooms are well furnished, and we were all very comfortable. Walking to the beach took just a few minutes. We visit PB several times a year, and my teenage daughter says this is her favorite condo by far. We especially liked being able to walk to Peg Leg Pete's for dinner, and we enjoyed watching the Blue Angels fly by! The only complaint we had was the noise from the delivery trucks going to the convenience store next door, but the noise was not discernible when we were inside the condo. It was very clean and well organized. The balcony was by far the best feature, amazing views of the gulf and the bay. The beach right across the street was perfect for walking without as much traffic down towards the pier. Would definitely recommend and stay again. ##### Jeff F. The homeowner had a well stocked kitchen. The corner unit offered lovely views of the gulf and sound. Sunrises and sunsets from the tenth floor were a sight to see. My family has been visiting Pensacola Beach for 30 years. All things considered, this is our favorite condo to date. The unit is beautiful, extremely clean, and the views (north, south, and west) are fantastic! Surfside Properties manages the property, and they go the extra mile.
