The kitchen was fully stocked which was amazing but it was a little disorganized. The living room was nice but we did find that the sofa had a lot of sand in it. Also, a lamp would be a great addition to the living space so that the room could be used without having to have the overhead light on all the time. We loved the rooms and bathrooms. Be sure to bring a rolling cooler! The property itself is nicely updated and clean. The view is great and it has all the needed kitchen amenities. I would have likes an interior entrance but the property is very secure so we did not feel uncomfortable. The only thing we did notice while staying there was one of the elevators was having issues but that is not a strike against the unit itself. We would definitely book it again. ##### kristen p. We absolutely loved this space! It was perfect for us 4 adults with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The gated parking lot & building was great, especially for a busy holiday. We watched fireworks right from the front porch! There is so much to walk to from this location including the beach and boardwalk. We brought a rolling cooler & it worked out perfect for crossing the road to the pier. The kitchen has everything you’d possibly need minus spices for cooking. I’d add those to your bag if you plan to cook alot! There was cleaning supplies, dish soap, hand soap, 1 regular coffee pot 1 kcup pot, blender, ice machine in the fridge and tons of pots/pans/dishes. The washer and dryer are super nice to have! The bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, hand soap, washcloths & a blow dryer… just throw a few extra rolls of toilet paper & tissues in your bag. We used the balcony every day morning and night. You get the most amazing view of the sunsets and bay. The pool area was so clean and maintained well. The furniture set up is super nice and comfortable. The view was wonderful from the nice, large open balcony. You can see the bay and the gulf. Just a short walk across the street to the gulf beach. Same with shopping. Not overly crowded.
