A beautiful slice of heaven is waiting for you inside Santa Rosa Towers 101! This gorgeous three-bedroom corner unit will be your new favorite home away from home. Located inside the gated Santa Rosa Towers community, this condo has it all great views and plenty of room. In addition to plenty of space, three glorious bedrooms (each with their own private bathroom) and wrap around balcony, the community also offers an onsite pool, fitness center, and tennis/pickleball court. The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the great views. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and full ensuite bathroom with jetted tub with private access to the balcony for those amazing gulf views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin bed with a trundle. It also has private balcony access with the amazing gulf view. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. All bedrooms have their own tv set. The dining room seats 8 comfortably. The unit features a full-sized washer and dryer.  
  
This unit offers great views of the gulf and is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail! Just outside the gate and directly across the street you will find access to our amazing Gulf beaches. Enjoy the sugar white sand and emerald water away from the crowds at Casino Beach. This is a great spot to view the annual Blue Angels Air Show, do remote work in a stunning environment, or relax while watching the brilliant Gulf waters. You will find more eateries that you can patronize, shopping and activities a quick drive down the road to the central area of the beach. You can get on the Peg Leg restaurant wait list via the Yelp app from your balcony. Enjoy a cocktail at home while waiting for the alert from Peg Legs to come when they are ready to seat your party.  
  
Don't want to find a place to park in those crowds? No problem! During the season the free Pensacola Beach Trolley runs from four to midnight every day, and there is a stop right in front of the association. Golf cart taxis run daily from 10-10 year-round offering you another easy way to get around the island. The history lovers in your group will love the proximity to Fort Pickens National Park (about a mile or so down the road) and historic downtown Pensacola (about 15-20 minutes away).  
  
\*Santa Rosa Towers is a NON-smoking property. NO smoking in any common area, building, balconies, pool, parking lot and walkways. There is a designated smoking area with ash trays at the north east corner of the property. (Florida Clean Air Act F.S. 386)

#### Mom/Dad two adult children from 3 different ststes

Very cleaned, short walk to the beach, short drive from Pensacola Airport. Our adult kids had not been together in 7 years. Our daughter is in the Airforce and our son lives in NYC. The condo was perfect for us, because there were three separate bedrooms and each bedroom had its own attached private bathroom.We had a wonderful stay!
