Pictures of the inside are just as they’re shown but the views from the balcony don’t do it justice. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean views as well as the bay views. The room was nice had a great view. Downfall was could not use the jacuzzi bathtub, we turned it on and black tarry stuff came out of water. The toilet made a whistle sound when you didnt use the water not sure why! Could not buy anything with cash either. The bed sheets had hair on them in the guest room like they were not washed. Overall stay was good. It seemed that the unit did not get fully cleaned prior to checking in (despite being told that we had to wait to check in until 4 so it could be cleaned). There was broken glass on the bathroom counter, dirty plates in the cabinet, and one of the drinking glasses was broken. We had no broom/dust pan and there was not a blanket for the sleeper sofa. We didn’t realize this until late at night so I called the next day and the agency was prompt in getting those things over. The fitted sheet did not fit the master bed at all-to the point where it was uncomfortable at night because the corners of the sheet kept coming off the bed. The property itself is great- Easy beach access, good location, plenty of activities. ##### Ashley H. The staff was so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They went out of their way to assist us. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed. The onsite restaurants, pools and market was amazing and so convenient. The trolley was such a convenient service and well utilized by our family. Stayed in another condo last August and knew this was a great place to stay. The only issue was the dining room light was so dim we could hardly see to play games. Need to change out those bulbs for 100 Watt LED bulbs would help to see better. The outlets were hit or miss on whether they worked. We were not aware of this it was a nightmare. All the kids activities were cancelled. Elevators were impossible to get on. Not a chair at a pool and pool was left nasty after they left For the night. No one wanted to get in that. Portofinia told us our renter Pensacola rental property’s and the owner all new about this and never in formed us or any other renters. We planned and saved to take our extended vacation at a resort that is very pricey but we love it there. We did not get our only vacation a year that we planned for ##### Sheila N.
