Directions were easy for check-in. Property manager came and introduced herself and was very friendly and asked if everything was ok with the room. The room was spacious and when you walked in you can smell the clean smell of the room. The balcony was incredible. It was huge. We were able to go right in the backyard of the condo and watch the fireworks and even saw fireworks from our balcony as well. Very short walk across the street to the beach. The pool was very nice. It took us several days, calls and visits to get someone to come fix the sliding glass door in the second bedroom (a children’s bedroom, so this was a safety concern). There was trash and clothing left in dressers and cabinets and the dryer not only didn’t heat up but didn’t stop spinning when the door was opened (another safety concern with children).As far as the cleanliness of the unit went, we were really disappointed. It smelled bad for the duration of our stay, walls and cushions were stained and one of the pillows in the second bedroom was beyond disgusting along with mold on the second bathroom shower curtain. The property manager was responsive, but after a certain point we felt that we shouldn’t be wasting our valuable vacation time consistently trying to resolve issues. Plenty of parking too. The only reason I have it a 4 star rating on some things is that the beach access isn't very easy if you are a little older or have knee problems.
