Great location for Blue Angels which is why we were there. It was nice that we could have our canine friends with us. The house built in 1955 and was basic but adequate for our needs. It was clean. Exactly as represented, just a little sandy since most of the yard and the approach to the sound was all sand. Short walk to the main PB public access spot on the ocean side. The owner was responsive on Thursday evening when we got locked out and said he'd come right over, and then we remembered the door code less than a minute later (d-oh)...
