Condo was very clean and comfortable. 2nd floor right beside elevators so easy access (No- we didn't hear any elevator noise at all) Very quiet, nice pool area, grounds very well maintained. Gated area for parking and additonal gate access to building, but easy to use with a small RFID tag, 2 were provided with condo. Neither of us had been to the pan handle before so we wanted to check it out! The condo was very accommodating with great views of the bay off the balcony, a pool, and a small beach. It was walking distance from shops and restaurants but the condo itself was very private. It’s own little oasis.
