This newly renovated loft unit sits on Little Sabine Bay less than a mile from the iconic Pensacola Beach Ball Tower. This unit features an open layout complete with a 4 bar stool breakfast bar, 4-person dining room table, 65" Smart TV, queen sleeper sofa, 1/2 bath, and private balcony for you to enjoy the views of the Bay. Upstairs you will find a king bed, 55" Smart TV, seating/reading area, full bathroom, and a bonus area that is set up with twin bunk beds for an entire family to stay and enjoy! The white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are an easy walk across the street with babies and beach gear. This condo sleeps a max of 6 people and we have two baby gates for the stairs to keep parent's at ease while enjoying our space. We provide 1 covered parking spot and 1 guest parking spot and this second story unit has no elevator, just stairs.
