We have stayed at the Portofino and love the amenities, all the amazing staff and access to the beach. This time we stayed in 1304 in Tower 5\. It was old, very uncomfortable furniture, beds were barely sleepable. The views were amazing but windows probably hadn’t been washed in a year. Tower 5 is very far from the lifestyle center but the staff gave us a number and Chris came and picked up my Mom whenever needed. The fireworks were awesome as was the band that played. We would stay again but not in this unit. It was so expensive for poor quality. ##### Julia C. Not happy about the 10AM check out schedule considering the room was available almost 1-1/2 hours late. No parking at the check in entrance.
