Open layout plan with seating all wound to best accommodate those large gatherings! Located at Portofino Island tower 5-601, there is seating for 8+ at both the dining table and living room areas. Gulf view even from the kitchen! The 3 bedroom condo will come with appliances in the kitchen, cooking utensils provided as well. Each three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 2,034 square feet of space, including a 472-square foot balcony. Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience. Portofino is situated on 28 beautiful acres in Pensacola Beach between the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle shores of Santa Rosa Sound. It is also adjacent to the pristine Gulf Islands National Seashore. The land itself is called Santa Rosa Island; it is the world’s largest barrier island. Portofino’s beautiful waterfront location, stunning accommodations, world-class resort amenities and customized service standards – make it a natural indulgence. No other resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico, the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf Islands National Seashore. Peanut butter on the walls, cheese on the stools, trash under the couch pillows, dirty linens on one of the beds. The floor was black. My 11 month old crawled on it for about 10 mins before we realized how bad it was. We mopped the entire floor ourselves and even after that it was still slimy and black. This place needs to be taken apart, cleaned professionally, and put back together with new things. The grill was old and barely together. The rugs are so matted down i dont think they have ever been vacuumed. The owner didn’t seem surprised or apologetic when confronted about the lack of cleanliness. This was our 6th stay at Portofino and while you can tell the entire resort is getting older, its still a great place, great location, and phenomenal staff. We love this resort. However, I would’ve downsized rooms or changed my view to a bayside had I known how dirty this particular rental was. Extremely upsetting for how much money was spent. ##### Alicia S.
