Portofino Island Resort’s three-bedroom beach condo rentals or "Sky Homes" are designed to provide your very own modern, luxury sanctuary while staying naturally connected to the natural beauty of the Gulf Coast. Every room in every Sky Home has a water view & this unit features an expansive terrace patio.

Each three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 2,034 square feet of space, including a 472-square foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Another great stay at Portofino

Yet again we had a great experience at Portofino! The check-in/out process is always easy, and the grounds are kept pristine. The heated pool and hot tub are so nice for a winter getaway. This condo was fabulous and we loved the extra leg room on the terrace. Thanks Carrie for making the reservation process so easy. We'll keep coming back to Portofino!

Family get-away weekend

We took our adult kids and their significant others on a quick family trip just from Pace, Fl. We had the very best happiest funnest blessed weekend imaginable. The condo is gorgeous, the layout is unique, furniture is comfortable and the views are unbelievable! Plus the weather was perfect! Thank you thank you ☀️

This is a wonderful unit with beautiful views of both the inland waterway and gulf. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit -- which is totally equipped with everything you need to relax, cook, sleep and entertain.
