This 3B Skyhome is located in Tower 4 and features a private Terrace overlooking the Lifestyle Center Pool Deck, Santa Rosa Sound and views to the Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of furniture and a grill for you to enjoy the views that this Skyhome offers you.

Each three-bedroom/3.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 2,034 square feet of space, including a 472-square foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Guests have full access to the Resort and its amenities. Complimentary use of the fitness center, 5 Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, Beaches on Gulf of Mexico and on the Santa Rosa Sound.

The Lifestyle Center is the heart of Portofino where the restaurants (Coastal and Al Fresco) are located along with the onsite Starbucks, Indoor Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Market and Concierge are all located here.

Perfect location and amenities!

Wonderful way to relax and spend time with family at this beautiful condo. The balcony were perfect for meals and hanging out. We loved this condo and will be sure to return in the future.

Beautiful accommodations!

Enjoyed every minute of the stay and plan to rent next Fall! Note: Didn’t check out in person but meant to tell staff shower curtain liner needs to be replaced as is moldy and electric grill shut off so used oven to finish chicken which was fine grill should be checked. My husband did check circuit breaker.

60th Birthday Celebration

The property was exactly as it was advertised and we were very happy with the accommodations. We felt at check in we didn't really get a lot of information about where all of the amenities were located (pools, spa, restaurants, trash disposal, etc.). We were also given no information pertaining to checkout, so we had to call and find out. Other than that, the property is beautiful and well kept! We had a blast!
