This “Premier Elite” rated condo is located on the 17th floor of the popular Portofino Tower III. Breathtaking views from every room of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound and ONLY 200 yards to the beach. This professionally decorated residence has over 1300 square feet of an open floor plan, 40 feet of unobstructed views from the balcony, 2 large ensuite bedrooms and a powder room. It will comfortably sleep 6 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom, king size bed in the guest bedrom, and a queen sofa sleeper.
