Nautical themed 2 bedroom faces down the National Seashore for epic Sunrise Views! From the balcony you can see the Santa Rosa Sound and Gulf of Mexico! 2 master suites with private bathrooms. Each has it's own entry to the balcony. Spacious open floor plan from kitchen to living room. Comfy sofa with 2 chairs in the living room. Dining area seats 6 with additional seats at the kitchen bar. Next to Lifestyle Center and a short 100 yard walk to the beach access. Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony. Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience. Bedding is King, Queen and Sleeper Sofa Balcony does have a grill. Guests have full access to the Resort and its amenities. Complimentary use of the fitness center, 5 Hydro Clay Tennis Courts, Beaches on Gulf of Mexico and on the Santa Rosa Sound. The Lifestyle Center is the heart of Portofino where the restaurants (Coastal and Al Fresco) are located along with the onsite Starbucks, Indoor Heated Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Market and Concierge are all located here. The property was clean. The living room furniture is quite worn and one of the laundry doors was off the track but otherwise it’s a great property. We liked proximity to the elevators. Every time we called the front desk with a question, they could not answer and said I don’t know. Our car reservation was lost so we had no transportation the entire time and was not told about the free trolley until the week was up. Left several messages with my call back number and no one called us back. Room was great and people were friendly but did not have any information and was very frustrating. All of the furniture is very worn down and barely useable. Indoor furniture is worn beyond use and outdoor furniture is rusted and fraying. The microwave sounded like it was going to explode, the drain in the master tub doesn’t lift up correctly. I had to use a butter knife to get it to drain. The resort itself is great with all of the available amenities and its location. The rooms and furniture could use some T.L.C. ##### Emily C.
