Welcome to Tower 1, Unit 1703 at Portofino Island Resort.

Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.

Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.

Not as represented in pictures.

Leather chairs with ottomans had been replaced with chairs with slip covers. Tv’s in BOTH bedrooms did not work. No bedskirt on guest bed. No fitted sheets on mattresses. Not enough lamps or light in living room.or tables for drinks. Not as NICE as units we have rented at Portofino before. Would NEVER rent this unit again.

Almost perfectly satisfied

The location was wonderful, check in was a breeze, and the resort areas were very clean. The only thing unsatisfactory was that the kitchen was missing some really simple things I think a rental like this should offer- salt, pepper, coffee, cooking spray. There are just some things that seem wasteful to buy a whole container of while on vacation but would make cooking and dining in the rental property more appealing. Overall we had a wonderful time but a few small touches would greatly improve the experience .
