The LSC has restaurants, spa, market, fitness center and the hub of activities. It's a short 100 yard walk to the beach. 2 master suites each with king bed and direct access to the balcony. Master suite has a jacuzzi tub. Kitchen if fully equipped. Spacious open floor plan allows views from every room! Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony. Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience. Bedding is King, King and Sleeper Sofa While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. The condo was ok. It was not updated, but we didn't mind that - but did mind the paint chipping everywhere, including the ceiling; it needed to be painted all over; we had problems with the bathroom tub and shower; the dining and bar chair cushions were in bad shape and ripping; the carpet was also in bad shape and ripping. ##### Dorena W.
