The access to the beach is the best we have ever experienced. We only used the 2 rooms with the king beds, but the beds slept amazing. The garage fit 2 SUVs easily. We had everything we needed! The floorplan worked really well for us. The owner was very responsive and available. This townhouse is literally RIGHT on the beach. We had our own path on the sand that led us straight to it. The area was quiet and it was nice enjoying a private beach (I've only ever been to public), so having no crowds was awesome. The house could use a few updates, and there were a few minor things that weren't done prior to us staying (example: new lightbulbs for outside patio lights, so we grilled in the dark with a flashlight) and I notified the owner of them. However, our communication was great and I was given access to her direct phone number! Overall we'd definitely stay in the townhomes again for another visit! ##### Keeley F. It's right on the beach and we had very few people early in the week. The beach did have more people later in the week due to the air show. We picked it so we could see the Blue Angels and not be overcrowded. It was perfect for that. We did also like the garage parking. We were able to fit both of our SUV's but just barely. The unit directions said that there was a remote for the garage. We did not get a remote and it would have been helpful. However, we did have some issues with this rental. The unit was not clean when we got there. There was food left in the refrigerator, trash behind the couch, sand on the chairs, and we found clothes in the couch cushions. This unit also needs some work. The deck is in bad shape and needs to be painted or replaced. The rails are loose as well. The photos showed a large outdoor umbrella on the deck. It is actually downstairs and we were not able to use. The deck umbrella that was on the outdoor table was broken. We found a beach umbrella in the garage to use while on the deck since there was no shade. There is only a bench on the upstairs deck which was not very comfortable. Inside could use some work to. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean. There were broken outlets and covers, one bedpost was missing the top which exposed a screw, and the AC quit working while we were there. We liked the location, but the unit needs work. ##### Shane H. Perfect access to beach. My main problem is that the host has requested $250 more for having brought my pet. This was never mentioned anywhere on the listing and my pet was crated almost the entire time. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived and my pet never had any accidents or caused any damage. Pets are NOT allowed on any beaches in Pensacola except for the 2 small spots designated for pets. And they are only approx 30 yards each. One spot is miles away and the other spot is still nearly a half mile from the house. The mattress to the top bunk was left in the garage. The feeble cleaning ladies could not have carried it up 3 flights to the bedframe as my brother and I tried to no avail. We found many dead roaches in the kitchen drawers. They didn't leave any extra trash bags and even after the host promised more would be delivered it never happened. We ran out of toilet paper the 2nd day. The shower head in 3rd floor guest bathroom is broken and has to be held in hand the whole time. The dryer takes 3 hours to dry a load of towels. Listing didn't mention the grill but 8 pictures are shown with a covered grill. The grill was very disgusting. It was unusable with broken knobs and looks to have never been cleaned. Be sure to smell the coffee makers before using because they are putting off a rotten egg smell. The refrigerator ice maker doesn't work. There are 3 TV's but only 2 working remotes.
