This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath townhouse is nestled within a secure Gulf-side community, mere steps away from the dazzling sands of Pensacola Beach. Recently updated with new flooring throughout, the unit invites you to unwind and enjoy its charms. Conveniently park your car in the attached covered garage on the ground floor before ascending to the main level of this charming cabana. The bright and airy living room encourages you to unwind on plush seating, whether you're playing your favorite board game or enjoying shows on the flat-screen TV. Guests will find everything they need to prepare meals in the beautiful kitchen with premium appliances and designer finishes. Between a six-seat dining area and two high-top chairs at the breakfast bar, the home easily seats eight guests inside for dinner – or dine on the balcony, where a six-seat table overlooks one of the community pools. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two full baths, each offering its unique comfort: The primary bedroom boasts a new pillow-top King-size mattress, a 32' flat-screen TV, abundant natural light with a pool view, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. We had some issues with hot water in the master bath not working properly but the management staff was on top of it. They had great communication and were easy to get ahold of. They were going to send someone out but we figured out if we turned it off and on a couple of times, the hot water would work. So, we opted out of maintenance coming over. The flooring looked new but there were quite a bit of spots that were trip hazards. Mostly in the kitchen and bedrooms...so not sure if it was not installed properly or what. I did let management know about this when we left. The properties location is about 2 miles down the road from the "front desk." Just don't get confused as this property is not within walking distance to any restaurants/grocery/convenience stores...but it is just a short drive (or trolly ride) down the road. The location was excellent, super close to the beach and the property provided some beach accessories.
