This Newly Renovated Luxurious 2 Bedroom/2 & a 1/2 bathroom, 8th Floor Condo in Tower 2 with Amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound is Uniquely Situated So That You Can Sit On the Balcony and watch the sunset or Marvel at the Amazing Portofino Firework Displays During the Summer, Listen to the Music Played Down in the Lifestyle Center, and Watch the Activity in the Adventure Water Park.

The Portofino Island Resort and Spa is Built on Santa Rosa Island Between the Gulf of Mexico with its emerald surf and the more tranquil Santa Rosa Sound. At the Center of the Resort is the Lifestyle Center with an Extraordinary Health Club for Toning Your Body, and a World Class Spa for Nurturing Your Soul.

This Beautiful 1,333 square foot 2 bedroom/2 & 1/2 bath condo has been completely renovated and remodeled. There are new porcelain tiled floors throughout. The kitchen has been updated with a new quartz countertop, new cabinets and new Samsung appliances including an Induction cooktop and with Convection Oven. All the furnishings are new from the king sized beds in both the master & guest suites to the new sofa and sleeper sofa in the living room. All 3 bathrooms have new vanities, fixtures and lighting . The master and guest bathrooms both have new walk-in showers.

The Condo has an Expansive (28 Feet) Private Balcony With a Grill. It also features 9 Foot Ceilings with Crown Molding and has 40 Feet of Floor to Ceiling Glass Doors and Windows in Both Bedrooms and the Family Room Providing Spectacular Gulf and Sound Views from each and every room.

Beautiful property. Plenty of things to do, places to eat, relax and enjoy. Our condo was nothing short of perfect. Communication with the owner was above and beyond the usual banter. Excellent host, great condo and would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

Amazing condo in a great resort complex

Beautiful, spacious, brand new condo in a great resort. All the amenities are there. Tower 2 is just a 3 minute walk from the beach. We loved our stay here and would absolutely recommend it.

My husband and I stayed at Portofino Island Resort for a visit with our son. We had a wonderful time and experience. The place was exactly as the photos described. Super clean and bright!! The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Greg had all the essentials we didn't lack for anything. We all loved the area!! It was a wonderful quiet vacation spot and close to everything. The resort was perfect for our needs, loved the option of the Lifestyle pool and restaurants or the quiet tower pools. The gym was a bonus for us, and the walking/bike path out front of the property was great!! The staff at Portofino Island Resort were so welcoming and friendly all the time. We would have loved to stay longer!!! We would definitely return it is a great vacation spot in the future for us.

This property was absolutely wonderful! The view was great, the furniture was comfortable, the amenities were excellent! The condo was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay from beach towels to cooking supplies and even plastic storage containers to take snacks to the beach. We had an excellent stay here and we are already planning to return. Very highly recommend this property!

Greg’s condo was great! Very well stocked. He thought if everything! Very relaxing, peaceful week enjoying nature including a fantastic sunset from the condo. Greg was very accessible if we needed him. We loved our time in his home.

Condo was beautiful and clean. Looked just like the photos in listing. I was also pleasantly surprised to see how stocked everything was. I didn’t need to bring anything other than my suitcase and groceries. Will definitely book again when I visit Pensacola.

Well stocked condo with a gorgeous view

Had a wonderful stay at Greg’s condo over the New Year’s holiday. This is by far one of the most well stocked rentals I’ve stayed in - even had sharp chef’s knives! Also appreciated that both bedrooms have king size beds. The staff at Portofino is very friendly and the property is well maintained, even through the construction. I will definitely rent this property again in the future.

Fabulous Property

We loved this beautiful property! The condo was extremely well furnished and had above and beyond the usual kitchen and bathroom items!! Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils! A great collection of spices! Tons of bathroom and beach towels! A blow dryer was a plus! Plenty of cleaning and laundry supplies! We’ve stayed at numerous properties between Gulf Shores and Destin and have never seen such a well stocked condo!! Beautiful views! Very comfortable and spacious condo!!! We’ll definitely be back!!

The condo was beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen, beds were comfortable, view was beautiful, and everything was as described. Loved having enough towels for everyone in the bathrooms. An unexpected bonus, there pool towels and a good variety of spices in the kitchen. Highly recommend this to a family. The only issue we had was construction in the condo next door and construction on the grounds.

My Amazing stay at Portiofino

First, I would like to thank the host Greg for his luxurious two bedroom condo. This condo was everything when I walked through the doors. It really Wowed me. It really felt like a home away from home. It was very clean spacious. Everything was neat beautifully decorated this condo was equipped with everything you don’t need to bring anything but your clothes, he did not forget anything in this home. I would most definitely book this condo again thank you so much. I loved my stay here thank you GREG. You’re a great host. You’re the best.

Great get away with lots for kids to do!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property and would gladly come back! Multiple pool options, beach a short walk away, Starbucks and restaurant/bar on site, etc. Our teenage boys loved going over to the fitness center to lift in the mornings. They enjoyed some of the extras available through the deluxe activity package that we purchased on site. They especially liked the water obstacle course and were on it every day. We'd finish the evenings in the pool and order delicious pizzas on site... every night. They were so good!! The condo is beautiful with great views. We loved having a grill on the balcony and took advantage of this for many meals. This is on our list for future trips!

Fantastic week at this gorgeous, well appointed condo. Portofino is a beautiful resort and this condo is a perfect spot to enjoy every amenity and the beautiful views of the resort, bay and the ocean. Greg was a fantastic host. We will definitely return to this gem.
