Pools, hot tubs, restaurants & many extras! Luxurious, newly renovated two bedroom condo that sleeps 6 adults. Relax and enjoy the view of the pristine, sugar white sand and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. The pictures don't begin to do justice to the view of the Gulf. If you feel like getting an early start to your day you, just step out onto the balcony for a stunning view of the sunrise over the Gulf. Some upgrades include porcelain tile throughout, granite countertops in the kitchen, floor to ceiling windows and a built in grill. New furnishings and freshly painted throughout. Nice size, fully furnished kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens to the dining area. There's a kiddie cot and a pack and play available. Rather than an uncomfortable night on a sleeper sofa enjoy a better night's sleep on the queen size murphy bed in the great room, while still having a usable living area. There are beach towels, toys, cooler and several beach accessories in the unit for your use. Our European Spa and Lifestyle Center offers state of the art fitness area, treatment rooms, indoor spa, separate his and hers spa areas (with dry sauna, steam room, showers, lockers and lounge area), 2 lagoon pools with spas overlooking the intracoastal waterway and indoor olympic size pool. Enjoy indoor dining at Coastal or relaxing poolside dining from Al Fresco Bar and Grill. Play tennis with 5 rubico clay surface courts. Each tower has its own pool and hot tub with Tower 4 being the only one by the water. Tower 4 is the most conveniently located near the Lifestyle Center and its amenities. Clean, quiet, easy check-in and great access to the beach and bay. The beds are firm which the older adults liked but the young adults not so much. Kitchen was great and beach closet was awesome. AC worked very well and our small issue upon arrival was addressed quickly with maintenance. A/c worked great considering the summer heat. Elevators were very quick. Check in was easy, and overall everything was conveniently located. Condo was clean and supplied very well. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Conveniently located. Beach was just across the street and many nice restaurants to choose from. Malinda is super helpful and responsive when needed. The beds and living room furniture are clean and comfortable. The condo is picturesque and was an exceptional getaway for my family. Check in was a breeze and our host was extremely quick in response to any questions I had. We will definitely be back! We loved our time here and getting to watch the Blue Angels from the balcony was an added bonus to this already perfect trip! ##### Parris H. Owner has all the beach chairs,etc that you need. Only issue was with the property manager - they turned off the key card an hour before our check out. Which was a slight issue when we got back from our last beach walk. Also, there were extra charges from them for a check-in fee and a daily amenity fee that wasn’t expected. ##### Jennifer V.
