We had an issue with the main tv and it was fixed immediately. Our only complaint was 2 of the 3 full size beds could use new mattresses. They had pretty intense dips in the middle of each mattress. That was our only complaint, otherwise it was great.

Kitchen was amazing with everything you could possibly need. I will stay in this house again for sure. The only issue we had was that one of the bedrooms sheets were filled with sand. So either clean sheets were dropped or they forgot to change them... not sure which.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 8 adults during the 2nd week of June 2024. The house was very clean and comfortable for 8 guests. The kitchen had nice appliances (including a gas range) and everything we needed. The A/C kept the house cool and comfortable all week. The covered parking underneath is nice, but it's a tight fit. There is a slightly deeper hole between the sandbars in the Gulf right in front of this house that was full of bait fish and larger fish for those interested in fishing. The main negative was that there is no boardwalk over the dunes which was challenging for our 3 elderly guests in their 80's walking through the sand at an incline. Also, the mattress in the bedroom with the computer desk is worn out and needs replacing. We let the rental company know. Finally, this house is set back slightly from those on either side. The view is still great, but there isn't much of a breeze on the porch if it's not from some southerly direction. Minor issues. We very much enjoyed the house and would recommend to others. Paradise Beach Homes was great to work with.

You could not have a better place to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset.Easy access to all Pensacola Beach has to offer. Can't wait to come back!! Couple of things to consider to make this experience the best.1. The pocket doors on 2 of the bathrooms are very difficult to close.....esp for little children. May need to be adjusted because they stick while closing.2. The glass shower door in the master bath is extremely difficult to open/close. This door also sticks while closing and takes quite an effort to shut completely.3. The sliding rear doors are also very difficult to open and close......esp for older people and kids. Probably just needs some minor adjusting.4. The coffee pot buttons/dials are not legible so it was a guess as to how to brew a pot of coffee. Machine might need to be replaced.Other than those four (4) items, this house is absolutely fantastic and I can't wait to come back.

Delightful Beach Stay

A delightful stay with extended family, enjoying beach and sunshine. This house is spacious and well-equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the large covered deck which provided plenty of shade with an ocean view. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful home with easy access to anything you need. Even though it was cold we still walked on the beach and picked up shells. This would definitely be a come back to place.

It’s an expensive home to rent and for the price the mattresses were old and saggy. The kitchen was fairly well epuipped but the refrigerator was extremely small and the ice maker didn’t produce an adequate amount of ice. Other than that it was a great family friendly house and the access directly to the beach and fenced backyard were perfect!
