Loved the beach theme decor. Huge balcony with electric grill was great for morning coffee, as well as grilling for our Father’s Day celebration with family. iTrip manages this rental extremely well. Immaculately clean and well maintained. Check in was easy with clear and concise instructions. Amazing views of the Gulf, I couldn’t wait for sunrise every morning. My only suggestion is to add a couch. There just wasn’t enough comfortable seating when the group gathered to watch sports, news and an occasional movie. With 6 adults only two sit could sit on the couch, the other two on the chairs and then the other two had to sit on the kitchen chairs. A second couch or a pit couch would just make it more inviting and comfortable for everyone. Very nicely decorated, sweeping view not too high up but just enough to look over two shorter buildings to the water. Reviews questioned the cleanliness of the unit but was spotless for our stay. This property was everything we hoped for and more! It was the perfect size for our family of 5\. Kids are 15, 13 and 7\. The views were amazing! The security of the complex (which isn’t really needed) was great, the location was incredible, and the condo was gorgeous.
