This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress and flat-screen tv. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including granite countertops and a brand-new refrigerator and dishwasher. At the end of the day, sink into comfort on your private balcony overlooking crashing waves just steps away from your back door. The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. You will receive two parking passes for your stay. Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting. Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa. While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25\. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates. The beach is really only steps away from the door and the pools and hot tubs where great, one set indoor, one set out side so you're covered if you get a rainy day. And they had one of the best fitness centers I've ever seen in a place like this! It's nice that you can use their beach umbrella and chairs on a first come, first serve basis but we had brought our own and I'm glad we did; gave us a bit more flexibility and we were able to get a bit more space around us. The person who did our check in was awesome and gave us all the information we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! ##### Joe C.
