CANCELLATIONS POLICIES Holiday reservations are non-refundable, Blue Angels, 4th of July, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Thanksgiving, and Memorial Day. Bad weather is Non-refundable. Hurricane Policy: REFUNDS GIVEN when a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued. TRAVEL INSURANCE is optional, but we strongly recommend it. Loved the balcony and the views you could get from both the ocean side and bay side. Our sons loved the fishing from the dock at the condo and the short walk across the road to the beach. The balcony was great. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The condo is very comfortable. We found the people in the area very friendly from the restaurants, shops and condo building itself.
