  • **Please note that asphalt repair, resurfacing and restriping will take place at Villas on the Gulf from Aug. 18–29, 2026. Parking may be restricted during the project, and guests may need to use an alternate available parking space while work is underway.

    From the moment you enter, you will feel right at home. Walk through the condo and delight in the coastal feel. Your kitchen is fully equipped to prepare everything from a quick snack to a full evening meal. If you love a cup of coffee in the morning, you may choose to brew a full pot in a regular coffeemaker or a quick cup in your Keurig. Take your cup of coffee outside on your private balcony and enjoy the serene sights of the pond. The fountain provides a soothing sound as you watch turtles and ducks swim about.

    In the bedroom, you will find a comfy bed to crawl into at the end of an adventurous day at the beach or around town. A Smart TV is available to stream your favorite shows as you drift off to sleep.
