Gulf Coast Getaway's has just completed updating this brand new to rental market property June 2024\. It is now ready for vacation renters! This house will be an immediate favorite for guests with the incredible Kitchen and bar area, the fantastic outdoor pool and space, as well as the view and location!  
  
Enjoy beautiful Gulf of Mexico and Intra-coastal Waterway views from this stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom Pensacola Beach home. This ICF-construction property was designed with entertaining in mind! Soaring ceilings greet you in the foyer and leads you to a wall of windows showcasing natural light and Gulf views.   
  
The open floor plan effortlessly blends the living room, sitting area, kitchen, and dining areas together. Your inner chef will be delighted, as the kitchen features an oversized island, 2 full-sized ovens, double refrigerators and freezers, wine fridge, and large walk-in pantry. The first living level includes spectacular water views throughout, a junior master bedroom suite, a guest bedroom, and a window bar featuring seating for 5.  
  
This house is in the perfect location, 1/2 block to the beach with a beach access path which parallels the house and leads you straight to the beach about 50 yards. The house boasts one of the biggest pools on Pensacola Beach, and large area for entertaining and enjoyment in the backyard pool area. Additionally, there is a roof top deck with hot tub! You can see the entire of Pensacola Beach and Santa Rosa Island.  
  
House Layout - Main floor has 2 bedrooms, open great room with huge kitchen, wet bar, and dining area. The first bedroom is the bunk bedroom with 2 queen custom built bunks and 2 twin bunks - sleeps 6\. This first bedroom has a full bathroom just outside of the bedroom in the entry hallway with shower and tub. The second bedroom is a master bedroom mini suite, with King Bed, full bathroom and double sinks, sleeps 2\. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom has a queen and twin bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the 4th bedroom which has a king and twin beds - both bedrooms sleep 3\.   
  
There is also an open loft area with a queen size sleeper sofa which sleeps 2\. Lastly is the main Master suite with King Bed, walk in closets, giant bathroom with separate tub and shower - a true luxurious master bedroom! (sleeps 2). The house sleeps 18 but we would allow up to 20 as there is plenty of open space if you need to bring an extra kiddo or two.

\*\* Elevator disclosure - this is a small elevator 27 inch entry width and 28 inch depth - can fit two people, it is doubtful a full sized wheelchair would fit but you would have to measure yourself - primary use of elevator would be for luggage, groceries, and mobility limited individuals not in a wheelchair \*\*  
\*\* Pool heating available at $75 per day, must be used for entire stay \*\*

We had a great time. House easily accommodated our family of 12\. The pool was amazing, kitchen well equipped(loved the two stoves and blender). Overall, we had a pleasant time. One suggestion would be to use a label maker for the light switches. We had not idea how to turn off lights, breakers in bathrooms, etc.

Everything was wonderful, except...there were dead roaches (the kind that just are everywhere in FL this time of year) around the first floor walls. I'm not worried about the bugs, but the cleaning crew could do a better job of sweeping. And the hot tub was filthy and the water level was too low to run the thing. That was a HUGE disappointment as I specifically searched for a property with a hot tub.
