Beautiful Gulf Front Townhome at White Sands!

This is true beachfront property at White Sands on Pensacola Beach. 469 Fort Pickens Rd is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom beachfront townhouse featuring updated cabinetry and granite countertops throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. The townhome includes a ground-level large private garage plus two floors of living space above totaling approximately 2,300 square feet.

On the second floor, you’ll find one bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with access to a Gulf-front deck, a dining area, and a half bathroom accessible from the hallway. Just steps from the deck, you can access the world-famous white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy morning coffee while watching dolphins, play in the surf and sand, relax at the water’s edge, or grill while watching the sunset.

The third floor includes three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private Gulf-front balcony, two additional bedrooms, a hall bathroom, and a washer/dryer laundry area. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and the home sleeps up to 14 guests.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 29, 2027 through August 7, 2027, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.
