Looking for a peaceful retreat? You’ve found it with this one-bedroom condo on Pensacola Beach, ideal for a weekend getaway to the water. Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on your private, beach-front balcony, then slip into your swimsuit and head downstairs to the pool or straight for the sand.

When you get hungry, the well-equipped, modern kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel applinaces and plenty of counter space for prep. Grab a bite at the table for four, then hop on your bike and explore the area on two wheels via the Florida National Scenic Trail, just outside your door. Gulf Islands National Seashore is just a few miles to the west, and downtown Pensacola Beach is a little over a mile to the east. Spend downtime at home relaxing in the central AC and watching a bit of TV while you freshen up the day’s beach clothes in the convenient washer/dryer. Use the free WiFi to check up on social media, or unplug entirely and spend the evening back out on the balcony, enjoying the stars and toasting your good luck at booking such a sweet beach escape.

Perfect place for anniversary get away!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our anniversary weekend get away. It was so convenient to be able to just walk across the road to tom thumb if we needed something, and also to go eat at peg legs. Best place in Pensacola- be sure and go! easy access to pool and beach and wasn't super busy. Great time to go! We loved everything about this place and will be staying here again!

Super easy check in (through the Vacasa app). I was given a the code to the door & gate the day before and we arrived around 6 the day of. Very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the balcony facing the beach, too. This place will be a repeat for us!

The place was just as described and pictured !!!!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The bar / restaurant was the only thing that bothered us the last night of our stay (Friday night ) ,, but we are light sleepers and like to go to bed fairly early so maybe that probably wouldn’t bother most folks. Anniversary getaway

The stay was great. We had an excellent time. Everything was close in distance. The pool was refreshing. Only suggestion I would make is, the bed is wayyyy to soft and you have to use the car entrance gate to get off the property. There was no gate key to get out of the door. Other than that it was a great stay and highly recommend.

Beautiful spot for a winter getaway

Unit was clean and easy to get to. View was amazing! Building was very quiet while we were there in mid- December. There is a reserved parking spot in the covered garage but the person in the next spot was using half of ours every time he parked! So we just parked outside - there was plenty of parking. Beach access was very easy - just a short walk. Unit had everything we needed.

Amazing view!

The view was amazing, covered parking, easy access to the beach, and very convenient having access to the chairs and umbrella service. The unit could use some TLC and decorating. Sparse furnishings were uncomfortable, mattress was too soft and sheets didn’t fit, tv programming hard to navigate, batteries in tv remote in bedroom were dead(found more batteries in kitchen), kitchen sink handle loose and installed opposite of how it should be(hot/cold), and no shower pressure control. The view, convenience, and cleanliness helped make our stay enjoyable!
