While they were honeymooning in Greece, we took in the sun and sand on Pensacola Beach. I know, doesn't compare, but our stay in #703 was just what we needed. Clean, updated, fresh, new appliances. You walk in and you go - ahhh this is nice. Beds are comfortable and so is the couch on the balcony. There are plenty of pots, pans, silverware and utensils. The can opener doesn't work very well (not a big deal but wanted to let ya'll know). There are 2 refrigerators and it was great to have a washer/dryer. Thanks for letting us stay! We really enjoyed the condo for a number of reason. It was located in a centralized location were you are within walking distance of food and shops. (we loved the local surf shop right across the street) All the plumbing fixtures and appliances were updated with 2 refrigerators. When we arrived there was an issue with the gate codes but the help line they provided in the weeks before the visit were huge help activating the codes. Upon arrival, we couldn’t get into the gate because we never received a gate code. Someone had to let us in the building because we weren’t given a building code. Finally made it to the condo, which was beautiful and clean. It has a wonderful few of the pools and ocean. We called after hour maintenance to get the codes for gate, building and beach and to check on parking permits. They set us up with the app to open gates and told us the parking pass were electronic and we were good until the end of our stay. Next day, we were able to get into the building and gate but the beach code didn’t work. We went to dinner and came back and the app said we were no longer guests at the condo, so once again we couldn’t get into the gate or building. Next morning, we were packing up and my mother in laws car had a warning sticker on the window that will not come off. A weekend that was suppose to be relaxing has been nothing but frustrating. The unorganization, lack of communication and giving the renters what they need to come in and out of the building isn’t worth the price of the condo! ##### Holli G. We have stayed at this building for multiple vacations and thoroughly enjoyed this unit. Decor topped my wife’s list. Very tasteful decorated and very well updated.
