We absolutely loved our stay! The beach house was amazing, the heated pool was wonderful and the short walk to the beach was perfect!!!! You can see the ocean from the beach house. We had three children (3-5 years) and 4 adults. Easy walk to the beach, back yard was a huge hit with everyone between the heated pool and sand and swings. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The host was very responsive. The heated pool was everything and we even had our own private fenced in “beach”. Perfect!! We were so comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. There were so many added amenities like the use of the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels. It was nice not having to pack and travel with those. Rob's house was ideal for our stay in Pensacola Beach. It was clean, nicely updated and well equipped for guests. We all really enjoyed the pool and the landscaped yard. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. We appreciated the well equpped kitchen and things like usb charging points around the house. The beach (just a 5 minute walk) is spectacular.
