Enjoy breathless views of the Santa Rosa bay right from your balcony. Gorgeous views from every room, including the kitchen. Spend the day at the secluded beach directly across the resort or enjoy the many amenities the resort has to offer.     My condo. at Portofino is located on the East end of Pensacola beach. There you can see the beautiful emerald-colored waters of the 4th rated top beach in the country. This gorgeous unit is in the newest tower in Portofino. It is completely renovated with new kitchen, flooring, upgraded appliances, and beautiful furnishings. This incredible condo is a true vacationers’ dream! With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a rolling cot that can be used for a child or adult. It accommodates up to 6 guests and one child 5 years or younger comfortably. The amenities in the resort are endless.
    There is an Adventure Park, a state-of-the-art fitness facility overlooking the bay, and on-site restaurants a few more. Make a splash in one of the multiple infinity pools and hot tubs. Be sure to stop by Portofino al Fresco offering a variety of delicious cuisines to satisfy every palate. Beautiful and Relaxing

The condo was perfect for our family. Clean and convenient, with nice luxury touches like the jacuzzi bath. The resort is amazing and wasn’t overly crowded.

Annual Portofino Visit

Highly enjoyed our visit! Portofino Resort is always enjoyable! Condo is very clean and neat. The only recommendation I would have for this specific condo is to replace the mattresses. Very sunken in and uncomfortable.

Fun Vacation For the Whole Family

This was a really nice place to stay for our family. I am somewhat disabled and cannot walk on the beach. The large resort pool was very accessible and the staff was very helpful in making my time at the pool enjoyable, which was pretty much all day, every day. The children and my daughter had the beach right across the street and were able to enjoy both the beach and the resort pool as they pleased. The food at the pool bar was pretty much all we ate last week. We didn't even go to one of the many nice restaurants in the area. We just chilled as we relaxed from the school year and got ready for summer. I cannot say enough about the helpfulness of the staff, getting me to and from the condo in the tram that runs throughout the propertery, and the pool staff.

Terrible Host who scammed us.

Terrible host. We showed up to check in on check in day and was unable to check in due to our host Liliana living inside of the place she rented out to us on VRBO. Screwed our entire group of people during the busiest weekend of the year in Pensacola. I would like to be contacted about this.

We booked this property through Expedia. On check-in day, I attempted to reach out to the host to get check-in info with the host’s contact info provided on Expedia—email/phone didn’t work. Although the host emailed me a notification through Vrbo (went straight to my junk folder because I didn’t book through Vrbo), the hotel staff still needed a form from the host when I tried to check in at 5:15 pm (check in is 4 pm). This property was the dirtiest condo/hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The only rug in the condo was covered in sand and crumbs upon check-in. Everyone in the family had to keep sandals on while in the condo because our feet turned black. The AC air filter was black and thick with dirt and dust, hence allergies were exacerbated for all. Pillows on all beds were flat and only two were provided per bed. We deliberately only came back to sleep because it was THAT filthy. Will never return.

Sweet Sixteen weekend

Our experience started off rocky. First check-in parking was horrible. Then there was a long wait even with 4 check-in stations. Next, the owner hadn't turned in my reservation even after I paid and had several emails with her, which was nerve wracking and slowed down the whole check in process. Garage parking was tight and trying to get a bell hop to the garage was difficult with stairs when you loaded it up with your belongings. The condo itself was very nice.

The condo itself could use some TLC.

There are a few things that need to be done in the condo, but overall it was ok. The TV in the living room was not worth watching. Found sand in corners from prior stays.

Nice condo but could be better

Checkin did not go as smooth as it should have…another person was listed as booked for the condo when we arrived. The property manager quickly addressed it and said it was an error but it did give me a fright. Condo bathrooms need a a little TLC. I absolutely hate shower scum and mildew and the showers and tubs had a good bit of it. Condo sort of had a weird smell but I came prepared with Lysol and candles. Also I know sand is hard to sweep up and get rid of but you don’t want to go into a newly cleaned condo walking on sand from the previous guest. Also the view in the picture is not accurate. Overall nice decor and spacious and nice resort amenities but spent a lot of money for these fixable issues.

Nice but a little outdated.

We really like Portofino and have been there many times. This condo we stayed in could definitely use a little update and it didn't really feel clean. Other than that, it was good.

Not bad

Overall it was enjoyable. However went to check in and first of all 4 is a late check in time and I went at 4:15 but the reservation desk didn’t have any of my info from the owner to check me in so it took 30 min to get a key and parking pass due to them needing to call the owner and wait for her to email over my info. The picture of the beautiful ocean from the balcony is not from this balcony. You can see the channel water but not the gulf and the waves of the ocean so that was disappointing. Other than those few hiccups the condo was clean and cute. The resort is amazing with great amenities and we had a lot of fun!

Weekend trip

Wonderful weekend getaway with the family in hopes to see the Blue Angels Air Show. It got cancelled but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our time at this beautiful resort. Your condo had everything and more. We hope to plan another trip with more time to stay when you are not booked up!
