This property is the perfect choice for families, offering luxurious accommodations for up to eight guests. This beautiful condo offers an incredible living experience, with its light and airy open floor plan and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The kitchen is an entertainer's dream come true. It boasts beautiful granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, providing everything necessary to create a delicious meal. The breakfast bar has seating for two and a separate dining table with seating for up to six, allowing plenty of space to entertain family and friends. The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. It has plenty of comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and access to a private balcony. Step out onto the balcony and you will be immersed in a beautiful view of Pensacola Beach, with breathtaking views of the emerald green waters from sunrise to sunset. On the main level, there are three bathrooms and three bedrooms, featuring 1 king-size bed and queen-size beds in the other two. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and full bathrooms. Ascend the winding staircase to find the luxurious primary bedroom, filled with natural light pouring through the floor-to-ceiling windows leading to the private balcony. The bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet and a lavish ensuite bathroom with a well-lit double vanity. The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a washer and dryer. From the relaxing atmosphere to the easy access to local attractions, this condo will be sure to provide you with a perfect home away from home. You will receive two parking passes for your stay. Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair set through Lazy Days Beach Rentals consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting. Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa. The indoor pool has an enforced family swim time for those 17 and younger from 10 am - 6 pm. While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. The unit is very spacious and the condo includes great amenities including the pools and beach access. Excellent beachfront location with amazing views! This 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo has plenty of room for a large family (or 2 families). We also enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and easy beach access. The large balcony and corner ocean views are wonderful. With a few furniture updates and the addition of a grill on the balcony, this place would be spectacular! ##### Julie A. Family beach trip over 4th of July. Overall very happy with the 4 BR unit. Well laid out overlooking the beach. Few minor issues with Fridge leaking and tubs not draining well but no big deal. The condo was very roomy and spacious. Overall very pleasant stay. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our big family of 8\. It appears that there are a lot of small maintenance things that need to be done such as light fixtures, oven lights, kitchen sink, etc... It seems that the owners or maintenance people have not gone over all the things that need some upkeep. Also, the internet wasn't very good, but overall not a deal-breaker. ##### James F. This condo is spacious, beautiful views. Furniture needs updating. Dryer never worked the whole time we were there with 2 or 3 visits by maintenance. With 4 kids that was very inconvenient.
