"Disappointed this stay. Stayed two nights in an apartment with a 9 mth old baby. Ants crawling everywhere in kitchen, lounge area. Woke up in one bedroom with ants on my face. Food crumbs on floor, in corners and under lounge. Kitchen sink had big blobs of fungus growing in around plug area. Second day woke up to no hot water. Called reception to be told it’s off until 11.30am. No notice. Called again early evening no answer so left message to say we still had no hot water. No reply before we checked out. Horrible uncomfortable stay this time."
