Heated and cooled throughout via reverse cycle air conditioning with the added treat of heated concrete floors via the fire place in the modern extension. 3 x King Size Beds + 1 Queen Size (Sofa) Bed. The Fourth Bedroom is serviced by a Koala Queen Sofa bed offering flexibility as a second living area dependent on guest requirements. Two well appointed bathrooms.
