"Love the property, location was great, easy to navigate to all state parks in the area. Kitchen had just about everything you need. Tea pot would have been nice, and the knives need to be sharpened. Also the a little more information before arrival the garage Loft is an additional rental. Not a problem but knowing before one arrives would be nice. Do not mind doing some housekeeping before you leave, however asking to do a load of laundry before you leave I think should not be necessary when...

"The location is amazing, as is the host. The downside is how outdated and under maintained the house is. The site says infers it is recently updated but that’s just a new floor (poor quality) and new countertops. The screen doors on the sliding door are broke, huge cobwebs in the top of the ceiling, the basement screen door is held closed with a rock, the laundry is creepy, etc. The trees are overgrown, and no drapes for privacy in the second property. Worst of all is if you flush the primary...
