Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms had heavily worn furniture and a piece of wall art that was falling out of its frame and only holding on by one corner, but the bedding was clean and mattress was comfortable. Continental breakfast included sandwiches from McDonald's and donuts from Walmart.
The room wasn’t great. It was very outdated and overpriced for what it was but it was somewhere to sleep on a road trip. There wasn’t much for breakfast. Staff was friendly. Enough room to park pickup trucks with trailers.
Staff is very helpful, rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Jacuzzi works in the king room, but the switch to turn it on is on the wall next to it—the tub button doesn't work. My eyesight is always compromised when I arrive due to dilation drops, and the switch, and I couldn't see it. The front desk and maintenance staff helped me figure it out. Heads up: There are no coffee makers in the rooms any longer.
Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff, dining options in the area -- a very convenient and affordable stopover for a stress-free drive from central Ohio to Brooklyn via I-80.
Clean and quiet! If you're not looking for frills, the Brookville Inn has clean, confortable rooms at economical prices. Plus, a free breakfast. Again, nothing fancy, but it was perfect for my stay during Clarion's ALF/Homecoming.
Front desk staff also very courteous, professional and accommodating.
