Only five minutes from the beaches of Pennedepie and Cricquebeuf, this magnificent Normandy house completely renovated offers an idyllic setting for a stay combining comfort and authenticity. Located eight minutes from Honfleur and Trouville-sur-Mer, it allows you to discover the Normandy coast while enjoying the absolute calm of the surrounding countryside.

Offering a breathtaking view of nature and the horses of the neighbouring stud farm, the house seduces lovers of wide open spaces and bucolic landscapes. Its spacious and bright interior has been designed to combine elegance and conviviality, in order to guarantee a pleasant stay.

As soon as you enter, the ground floor opens onto a large fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to a covered terrace. This outdoor space, designed for outdoor dining, invites you to share delicious moments with family or friends. In the extension, a warm living room with fireplace and a dining room offer a setting conducive to relaxation. A laundry area, equipped with a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet, complete this level. A second living room, with a fireplace, offers additional space to meet in a friendly atmosphere. Finally, you will find a large office.

The ground floor hosts four double bedrooms, carefully decorated and furnished to guarantee comfort and privacy. There is a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed with a baby bed, a through bedroom with a 140x190 bed and another double bedroom with a 140x190 bed. A bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet complete this sleeping area. For even more comfort, the house has a beautiful master suite equipped with a 180x200 bed and a private shower room, offering an intimate and elegant space.

Outside, the large fenced garden is designed to take full advantage of the sunny days. Various lounge areas allow you to relax in the sun throughout the day. Children, meanwhile, can have fun on the swings and around the ping-pong table. The garden has a small unprotected water area, so special attention is recommended for the safety of the little ones.

Please note that the network connection, as well as the Wi-Fi, can sometimes encounter difficulties.

Pets, as long as they are clean and well educated, are welcome in this house.

Babies are welcome at MyPacôme Conciergerie! For your comfort, a cot, a high chair, a changing table and a cot are already available on site. If you need additional equipment, we offer the rental of cots and high chairs, delivered and installed before your arrival:
- Baby cot with mattress, mattress protector and sheets: 12€ per night
- High chair: 10€ per night
- Baby kit (cot + high chair): 19€ per night

To make the most of your stay, our room service offers you a wide range of additional services: massage at home, chef service at home, wood kit, delivery of aperitif boards, wine tasting (wine tasting + aperitif board), car cleaning, bike rental and much more. In addition, thanks to our wellness partner, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation with the rental of a jacuzzi, available from €290 on weekends (subject to availability). Do not hesitate to contact us for any request before your stay.

On arrival, the beds will be made and towels, bath mats and tea towels will be at your disposal. Dressing gowns and slippers can also be provided on request, at an extra cost.

Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to arrange the schedule with you. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main contact throughout your stay.

Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm. Before your stay, you will be asked for a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
