The NE back garden, swimming pool, terrace and a second covered patio are available for your exclusive use and are completely private. The house is well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Wonderful time at Casa Fenice!

A truly magnificent time spent in Italy with this accommodation offering everything that a family abroad would need, even a beach kit! The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our holiday ran smoothly and were more than happy to offer help and support with any issues.

Like a 5-star hotel

The house is spacious, immaculate and has everything you could possibly need. Amelia and Kevin were incredible and thoughtful hosts, providing us with many things that made our stay special (fresh bread, aperol spritz ingredients, umbrella and linen for the beach, etc.). Even though they live right next door, they were very discreet and left us to spend time as a family. If you are after a remote stay in the Italian countryside, surrounded by farms, with lovely views, then do not hesitate to come here!

Excellent, everything you need is right here! Great to enjoy and relax and all the comfort you will need. Kevin and Amelia are very kind and nice hard working owners and will make your stay excellent!
