It has an elevator, terrace, iron, heat pump heating, air conditioning only in the living room, an outdoor parking space in the same building and television.   
  
The independent kitchen, with ceramic glass, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.   
  
At your entrance we will give you the sheets and a small cleaning kit. Towels are not provided.
