It is located in the city center of “Peñiscola”, 50 m from the “Interurban bus stop” bus station, 50 m from restaurants, 100 m from the “Consum” supermarket, first line of the sandy beach “Playa Sur”, 7 km from the natural park “Parque Natural de la Sierra de Irta”, 10 km from the train station “Benicarlo/Peñiscola”, 55 km from the golf course “Panoramica”, 55 km from the “Castellon” airport, 100 km from the “Port Aventura” amusement park and is located in an ideal area for families and by the sea.   
  
It has an elevator, terrace, washing machine, seasonal communal pool, 4 fans and television.   
  
The independent kitchen, with ceramic glass, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.   
  
At your entrance we will give you the sheets and a small cleaning kit. Towels are not provided.
