It has everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the small pools. Maybe the bathroom/shower could need a renovation. Pictures are a little misleading as the property was not quite as ‘new’ as photos suggest and there were issues such as a large broken tile in the main bedroom. There is also a private parking space. The apartment is also cleaned on a weekly basis. The service from the owner is very good. Casa molto carina, tutto molto pulito. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia, purtroppo la settimana è stata accompagnata dal tempo burrascoso. Non abbiamo mai visto il sole. Alles war perfekt....nur mit dem Wetter hatten wir Pech. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt und das bergige Hinterland ist ideal für Rennradtouren. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfreich bei allen Fragen, von Restaurantempfehlung bis zu Fahrradverleih. Gute Lage in kleiner Wohneinheit mit Zugang zur Strandpromenade. Il ne nous manquait rien. Appartement très bien situé, tout commerces à proximité pour ne pas prendre sa voiture, nous avions nos vélos. Le centre de peniscola est à 1/2h à pieds.
