No funcionaba timbre ni luz de la entrada, los sillones incomodisimos, eso y nada es lo mismo que sentarte en el suelo. No entendemos por que no se podia meter el coche en el garage. La terraza si tuviera un toldo como las de al lado se podria aprovechar mas. Hemos encontrado algun bicho desagradable com alguna cucaracha. No se indica que haya que desplazarse a la otra urbanizacion para acceder a la piscina. Muy poca intimidad del jardin. Se podia pasar desde la calle con el riesgo de i segurodad. Las persianas de la terraza del salon incomodidimas por peso y funcionamiento. Y por ultimo el colchon de la cama de matrimonio muy incomodo por que estaba hundido. En cuanto a la ventilacion, los ventiladores no funcionaban bien, hacian mucho ruido y era incomodo dormir con ellos ya que era necesario por el.calor. sugerimos cambiarlos o poner de techo. En general una casa muy descuidada y con necesidad de mejoraar para la.comodidad del los huespedes cobrando lo que se cobra por el alquiler. ##### Vanessa S. Außerdem kann man den Pool der benachbarten Anlage nutzen, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht.Das Haus ist allerdings schon etwas älter und benötigt an einigen Stellen eine Sanierung. Der Kochherd hat keine Backfunktion, und die Sofas sowie einige Matratzen sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Zudem gibt es kein WLAN, was bei manchen Gästen vielleicht ein Nachteil sein könnte. Wie oft an der Küste üblich, kam auch bei uns aus den Abflüssen ein unangenehmer Geruch.Positiv hervorzuheben ist die sehr kundenorientierte und hilfsbereite Verwaltung. Das Team hat uns vom Büro bis zur Immobilie begleitet und schnell auf alle Probleme reagiert.Trotz einiger Mängel kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen, vor allem wegen der tollen Lage und des freundlichen Services. ##### Joanna J.
