Details are given below. Located in Pénestin, this spacious 5-bedroom holiday home accommodates up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families with children or groups of friends. Just 800 m from the beach, the home offers easy access to coastal fun, including shell collecting, mussel foraging, and fishing at water tables during low tide. Explore the town center (3 km) for restaurants, supermarkets, and local charm. Nearby attractions include Guérande (20 km) with its salt marshes and medieval streets, and Vannes, just 40 minutes away, known for its castles and historic architecture. Relax in the fenced garden with outdoor furniture, or enjoy a barbecue on the terrace. Indoors, unwind by the fireplace, watch a movie on the TV/DVD player, or play a game on the boules court. A children's bed and high chair are provided free of charge. Please note: electric car charging is not permitted due to electricity costs. The nearest airport is 85 km away, and the train station is 30 km from the property. Het huis is redelijk ruim, maar voor een groep van 9 personen aan de krappe kant. Het is duidelijk een gezinswoning, waar wat extra slaapkamers aan zijn gebouwd, zodat er meer mensen in passen. Bij goed weer kun je prima buiten zitten, daar is veel ruimte. Bij slecht weer is de huiskamer aan de krappe kant voor 9 personen. Er is 1 douche, is ook weinig voor een grote groep. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Huis is verder compleet ingericht. Het strand is zeer dichtbij, maar daar kun je niet zwemmen. Teveel stenen in het water en te veel slik. Als je in zee wilt moet je naar een strand een paar minuten rijden verder (Mine d'Or). Penestin is een aardig plaatsje, met alle noodzakelijke voorzieningen. Je kunt goed fietsen en kanoën in de directe omgeving.
