  • Located in southern Brittany, old house completely renovated for 8 people in a quiet area of the town center. A pedestrian path will take you to the nearest beaches.

    Ground floor: Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, living room with TV, shower room, bedroom with double bed, WC, utility room with washing machine.
    Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 2nd living room with TV, bathroom, WC.
    Outdoor: Summer kitchen with fridge, 2 tables, 10 chairs, gas barbecue, enclosed garden with terrace and parking space.

    Optional bathroom linen: € 8 / person (1 large and 1 small / person)

    Pénestin with its 25 km of coastline is bordered by a dozen beaches and coves allowing everyone to enjoy their vacation as they wish (shore fishing, lazing around, swimming or water sports).
    Its coastline is very rich. Nearly 50 kms of marked trails link Pénestin, including 12 kms from the GR34 (the customs trail) which run along its coast.

Tolles Haus, gut ausgestattet, in schönem kleinen Ort und wunderbarer Umgebung

Urlaub Einfach alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann: - Das Haus ist groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet. Viele Zimmer + Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner und gut nutzbarer Garten, private Pkw-Parkplätze, ruhig gelegen und doch absolut zentral. Sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Gastgeber. - Schöner kleiner Ort mit allen notwendigen Läden (Böckerei, Gemüse/Bio-Feinkost, Fischladen, Metzgerei, Weinläden, Supermarkt,…), Restaurants und Bars, schöne Kirche. Zweimal wöchentlich großer (!) Markt mit Lebensmitteln, Kunstgewerbe, Kleidung, … - Wunderschöne Umgebung mit mehreren schönen Buchten mit Sandstränden und Steilküste, Wander- und Radfahrwege, kleine Hafenorte, … Kurzum: Perfekte Urlaubsdestination! Danke, dass wir hier Urlaub machen konnten! :-)

Un accueil sympathique, une ecoute attentive de la part de notre hôte. Emplacement de la maison idéal, tout se fait à pied, couses, balades, plages. Location idéale

Location idéale. Nous étions 7: mes parents, mes enfants (19, 15 et 13 ans) et nous. On avait chacun notre espace. Mes parents ont pu profiter du bas sans avoir besoin de monter les escaliers car ils avaient leur salle d'eau, leur chambre et les WC. C'était vraiment appréciable. Seul un congélateur nous a manqué (il y a des petits freezers mais ils sont vite remplis à 7). Le barbecue en pierre est vraiment un plus! Location idéale également de par sa proximité avec les commerces et la Plage de la Mine d'Or: tout se fait à pied. Trop chouette! Nous avons profité du Sud du Morbihan mais aussi de La Loire-Atlantique (Guérande, les marais salants, les plages de sable de La Baule et de La Turballe). Je vous remercie vraiment Emma, pour votre accueil téléphonique d'abord, puis dans la location. Merci pour vos petites attentions. J'ai beaucoup aimé "le carnet des vacanciers" et y ai moi-même laissé des conseils de visites pour vos futurs vacanciers. Bien cordialement. La famille D.
