It features 3 bedrooms: two upstairs, each with its own bathroom, and a senior-friendly bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom directly opposite. The fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi for video conferences, TV, video-on-demand, washing machine, dryer, and underfloor heating in all rooms provide comfort. The ground floor bathroom includes a private sauna for 6 people.



Enjoy the private garden and two terraces with lovely island views. The spacious living and dining area (over 40 m²) offers direct access to nature through the terrace door. A private grill is available for outdoor meals.



Park conveniently on the property (1 shared parking space) or on the street. Up to 2 pets are welcome. An EV charging station is available. There is a shared bicycle storage room, and you can rent bikes in town.
